This is not only for residents of the US... but for buyers in all countries. We all know that prescription buyers from overseas may get their orders returned to sender for various reasons, you may have to contact customs to pay duties ,present a valid Rx from your dr, you may even receive a seizure letter ( very rarely will there be any jail time)... we have all seen the warnings about how unsafe or illegal it may be... What this thread is for is for all visitors to search the Web for online pharmacies who take extra precautions when sending your meds such as sending a prescription along with the meds, using anti x-ray measures when packaging etc etc... This is very important. You may also post links to news about people being busted for receiving prescription drugs for personal use from foreign countries... And you may post the links/names of the pharmacies involved so that others know who to avoid... Of course we always welcome any info on this subject.

There always seems to be large quantities of pills involved whenever someone gets jailed,My guess is customs has a limit and police will only get involved when it's exceeded. Now I don't think ordering more than say 3000 pills is a good move unless you will make serious money. However I still have yet to hear of someone being thrown in jail for importing less than 2-3000 pills for personal use. If you are smart, don't use your real info on the envelope (get the OP to write Tim instead of Tom and so on).... LEO's have much bigger fish to fry so most likelt won't follow up.

The cops kicked down the door of a friend of mine a couple of months ago after having a couple of large packages from 24/7 doctor seized. but were talking about more than 10000 pills in total here Scary as f... but he managed to bail out and get away with a fine

Can you elaborate on what type of meds was seized? I always insist on unregistered mail and only order from overseas pharmacies that has had recent reviews on related forums. If it doesn't just show up in my mailbox I'm not gonna ask for it either. In case LE shows up, my advice to everyone is keep cool and deny having ordered anything in the first place. Eventually they will take it as a loss, or in the worst case give you a fine

It was 10700 valiums. It was sent in several packages since he asked it to be sent that way. After he came back to hes house after picking the last pack up from the post box, there were several plainclothes detectives sneaking around hes house and shortly after he made it in, they kicked in hes door and said they had a warrant to search and open the package. Guess it was the post office who ratted him out..

with the LE watching us there are no fish that are to small! i guess it takes what the previous poster went through to figure that out. if they had bigger fish to fry why are people posting about the men in black seizing a bunch of USPS packages? I know that it probably takes 5000+ pills but anyone that buys domestic is playing with fire. IOP's is the way to go...there are many people that buy from IOP's, so the odds are much better than with domestic. with that in mind i can say if you have a legitimate need, start looking for a source that has decent packaging and that genuinely will help you out. they are out there... i am a perfect example of that.

This forum is a great source of information for people who wish to purchase prescription drugs online. unfortunately, the flip side is that it's also a source for those in law enforcement to find out which companies are selling what. Just a few years ago, a person started a thread on Reddit called, "Arrested in Los Angeles" or something like that." The individual claimed that he had been approached by officers near a fedex office, after ordering what was said to be a controlled medication. Personally, I think the whole thread was an attempt from LE to scare people so that they would stop buying prescription drugs online. Regardless, the whole point that the person who started the thread tried to make was that a person could be arrested at any time for buying medications online.... Whether the thread presented accurate information really didn't matter. The point of the very long thread was to deter people from purchasing medications online.

Would you please show us all of these examples of "small fishes" being busted ordering from IOP's? If that was the case then the US jails would be filled up with rx-fishes right now (which is definitely not the case). I agree that ordering domestic is playing with fire cos it makes it easier to get caught when/if the online pharmacy gets busted. However I don't buy the notion that LE have not better things to do than sit out in front of my mailbox waiting for me to pick up a few thousand dollars worth of pain meds. And then they won't detain me when I walk in but instead wait for a few moments and then kick down my door even before I have time to answer? What a joke...Somewhere around 10 million prescriptions are mailed across the border every year so lots of people are breaking the law. No big deal...I also wonder if the people getting busted are the same ones making lots of orders for reselling htf's on the streets...

I remember it and a lot of documents were scanned, news reports, etc. The poor guy just happened to be picking up hes package at the same time as a neighbour who was getting many packages and distributing to the whole westcoast I think. may have the wrong story here but as far as I can remember that was the case. I think most people would not post after an arrest due to lawyer's advice. Of course if someone is in prison they are not going to be posting on reddit on a frequent basis.

This was a long time ago and from what I can remember it was at least 5 or 6 individuals accused of purchasing drugs from a Mexican online pharmacy. Not major smugglers, but they made a lot of money and a few of them had already bought luxurious cars and invested in property abroad.

to be sure there will be no major problems, I'm always keeping it below 2000 pills per envelope. In fact if an iop has a good deal on a larger quantity of pills,I always request them to send in at least 2 separate envelopes.

You could get away with a seizure letter for 5000 valiums or tramadol's ,hydrocodone is a whole different story tho

Good info ,Admin. I remember when those 6 people were arrested, accused of importing large shipments amounting to more than $800.000 ,from a Mexican online pharmacy." and these types of peoples are not major smugglers, but they generally know they're moving more weight than the average Joe or drug-buyer, Thanks all.

Without a doubt they were charged with Intent to produce and a Traffick charge since it was coming International post. I had a pretty clean record myself but I then got a suspended sentence of 3 year after getting caught with a large quantity of vicodin pills.(Reduced just to a possession charge after I pleaded guilty)

It all sounds very serious to me. I think some of us have been very lucky. It still sounds like the LE should not be able to do anything with smaller quantities. Example: I've received #240 of Hydrocodone in the mail I've received #90 Xanax in the mail. If LE knew what is was, I doubt I would get arrested..
It seems to be teh same thing (seizure letter only) if the meds comes from an IOP, no legal troubles whatsoever. USA Mail Order pharmacy, I send original presciption to them, then they ship to me. Then again IOP's carries a wider variety so I mostly go that route.

How could anyone prove that you ordered it? Just grabbing your mail out of your mailbox is not a crime (what if somebow ordered it without your consent?) The burden of proof would be on them to prove you bought it, and if you are smart, it would be very hard for them to get you. Anyway I'm very sorry for you, pretty much everybody here's worst nightmare.

I was thinking when they are waiting for me when I pick up the mail they have enough evidence even if my name wasn't on the package.
