According to medical professionals in China , Hong Kong and a number of European countries, they've been treating patients with Hydroxychloroquine & using it together with Azithromycin (Zithromax) - a prevention method against catching covid-19 for those at risk. And it has worked.

As a result of the findings, FDA has approved the drugs for use in prevention and treatment of covid-19:

    Thanks for the information.
From what I have been able to gather, people are currently being denied refills on their hydroxychloroquine.

Would anyone mind specifying exactly which of those drugs can be used for prevention of Covid-19?

    Thanks

Micro doses of Hydroxychloroquine together with Azithromycin and vitamin-c injections for prevention, in case you may have been exposed to the virus recently, or in case you plan to go into an area where you could get exposed to it.

Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine, or a combination of the two together with azithromycin & vitamin C (full course); for treatment of confirmed covid-19 case. Simple and effective.

That's what I read about the current available treatments but at the rate the virus is spreading ,you would think supplies may run out in the near future... So where to get those drugs?

I've read a bit up on dosing and theres limited information to be found online. But I was able to dig up and after translating those documents ,it looks like asithromycin 1500mg -2000mg/week is used as prevention dose, for those at risk of contracting covid-19. The dose that they gave in Italy was 250 milligrams Asithromycin combined with 50 mg of Hydroxychloroquine taken in the morning before venturing into risk areas.
Keep in mind these are doses used for those living in the worst affected areas such as Lombardy, Milan (Italy) and certain areas of France and Spain. Also to be noted is that these doses are not meant for those who have already caught the coronavirus. The doses (referred to above) are taken as a protective measure against contracting the deadly virus known as Covid-19.

Thanks for the valuable info @Gymnut123456 there's is a reason why hydroxychloroquine has been authorized by the FDA for 'off label use' together with azithromycin (Zithromax) and this goes not only for treatment, but prevention as well.

After a bunch of research on the subject, I'm pretty confident that use of vitamin-c (preferable injection) and small doses of azithromycin should be utilized by all those who live in risk-areas. It's really not that difficult- just get hold of VITAMIN-C INJECTIONS and a couple of boxes of azithromycin, then take it from there... Add small doses of Hydroxychloroquine when/if symptoms are detected, or you have been in contact with anyone who shows symptoms of COVID-19. The hydroxy will multiply the effects of the vitamin-c/azithromycin combo so considering you are still strong, the virus would have no chance to remain in your body at that point.

Start prevention/ treatment early, that's the crucial point here.

    To sum it up:
First choice in prevention of SARS-CoV-2: Vitamin c/ azithromycin
First choice in the treatment of SARS-CoV-2: Hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, vitamin-C

*For optimal treatment, it may be necessary to administer a loading dose, followed by a maintenance dose (start early is the key point here).
